Reservations and Services
Exotic India Trips acts only as a booking agent for hotel accommodation, transportation and adventure activities such as camping and tracking. While we strive to provide you with the best possible service, we are not responsible for any issues related to the quality or standard of services provided by third parties.
Payment policy
To confirm your reservation, you need:
25% payment at the time of booking
25% payment 30 days before the travel date
50% of the total amount and final payment 15 days before the date of travel
Early booking and postponement policy
Change of travel date If yes, please inform us by email at least 7 days in advance. One free exchange is offered per package. Additional changes may incur additional charges. Service availability and price may vary depending on weather, hotel availability and transportation.
Please notify us at least 7 days before your departure if there are any changes. Unless there are rare circumstances, such as bad weather or strikes, changes cannot be made within 7 days of the date of travel, provided you are notified in advance.
Changes and cancellations
If the reservation is canceled due to reasons such as illness, personal problems, accident or no-show, the reservation will not be refunded. All cancellations must be made in written. We reserve the right to adjust bank charges due to changes in rates, hotel taxes, transportation charges and other services provided.
